This 4-week program is tailored to seniors and includes assistance from a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Success can look like many things. Whether you’re looking to improve your cardio, increase your strength and balance, or move around a little more freely, we are ready to help you build the skills and confidence to achieve your goals.

Program Schedule

Before we get started, we want to help you identify your goals and introduce you to the fundamentals of exercise.

In the first session, we will educate you on stretching techniques, warm-ups and cool-downs, and how to prevent and manage delayed onset muscle soreness.

Are you ready to get moving? Day 2 is all about cardiovascular fitness. Your Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist will take you through the importance of cardiovascular fitness and how it can benefit your body, mind, and heart.

Fitness is about more than just moving your body. You need strength to do your daily activities, and you need it during your fitness routine as well.

Your Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist will teach you how to improve your strength in a safe and effective way, so you can build your muscles throughout your fitness journey.

Balance is a key aspect of standing, walking, and moving around. Your Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist will help you learn how to incorporate safe balanced movements into your fitness routine that will help you regain balance throughout your day.
